Where We Build Your Visions
Steve Brush founded Brush Construction, Inc. in 1980 and has been an active force in Lowcountry general construction since that time. In January 2011, the firm’s name was changed to Brush & Company LLC.
Our new office bulding is located in Hollywood, South Carolina, where we have plenty of room for continued growth. Brush & Company, LLC has been restoring, renovating, and remodeling homes throughout the Lowcountry since the beginning. We have built room additions and garages, and specializes in all types of structural repairs. We have been involved in new home construction throughout South Carolina for more than 40 years. Even more, we accept light commercial projects, have constructed a number of metal buildings, and completed numerous commercial tenant up-fits.
Our company’s professionals take great pride in their workmanship and the ability to work with any owner to ensure a quick and successful completion of your project. Each project is carefully planned to guarantee it will be completed on-time, all while maintaining an open line of communication between you, the owner; our staff; and our subcontractors.
This communication, along with our expert craftsmen’s blend of time-honored techniques, use of modern technology, and extensive experience in historic restoration, allows us to take on any restoration or new construction project. Over the years, we have been recognized for several of our completed projects.

Brush Realty, LLC, our sister company, is involved in residential property management throughout the South Carolina Lowcountry. Brush Realty is designed to be the buffer for those owners who wish to distance themselves from their tenant constituency.
